I owned a sales service company for 25 years. I have not seen a more dedicated and knowledgeable group of employees. From the dog greeters to Marina to the techs and sales people I have have not dealt with a more professional Yamaha dealership. Over the years I have purchased several Yamaha products. Generally the dealers I dealt with for service were OK at best. It’s been a pleasure dealing with Georgian since I stopped using other dealers. I know where I will purchase my next Yamaha. I have been looking for a Waverunner for a year and have gone to a few dealers. Today I dropped in at Georgian Bay Yamaha. Wish I had gone there first! Their staff was excellent. When I had a technical question regarding my ability to drive one with my current disability, I got to meet Bernie Bianchi. Bernie not only answered my questions, he gave me insights and info the other dealers were not able to give me. He also told me many other benefits of owning a Yamaha over the competition's products, and about the Pre Order limited time Specials that Yamaha is now offering! I am so impressed with Bernie and his whole operation. I look forward to becoming a customer of GB Yahmaha and my new Waverunner next summer.

We recently purchased a new G3 boat from GBY and they are awesome! Shannon our sales person was excellent to deal with and stayed involved through the whole process.. Nancy the owner was super good to us as well and Marina and Victoria in the Service Department took good care of us too… Steve the Marine Tech who has the same boat as ours set it up for us and went over everything with us when we picked it up. Everything was perfect, he installed a new sonar unit and we are happy to have it professionally installed. We highly recommend this dealership if you are looking for a new boat or good service. Great folks and we love our new G3..

We've been dealing with GB Yamaha for several years now. We initially went based on a recommendation from friends. We now have made a couple of purchases. They also complete our service work. All team members are friendly and helpful . We normally deal with Marina, she is fabulous. She is knowledgeable and always pleasant. Although we have never dealt with Shannon directly, he is aware we are a GB customers and made it a point to chat with us at the TO boat show. Their customer service is top notch. Dont forget to say hi to Kevin!!!! He is the welcoming committee 🐶
