Geno Bulanov. Our hunt for a third row seating vehicle began almost a year ago. We test drove many different third row seating vehicles all over the city. The first was the Ascent with Geno and his business card was the only card we felt the need to hold onto even before deciding on the Ascent. We figured that if we had chosen any of the other vehicles, it wouldn't have bothered us if we ended up working with a different sales person. But if we had chosen the Ascent, we knew that Geno HAD to be our guy. Geno's service exceeded any and all expectations we had. None of the other sales people had Geno's knowledge of the comparable models and he did a great job of just telling us the relevant information instead of trying to sell us on something. He listened to what was important to us and didn't try to push us into anything. He is respectful and genuine. The last thing I wanted to deal with was a fake car salesman and Geno couldn't be farther from it. His demeanor and professionalism was extremely refreshing and I would be happy to refer him to anyone who is even thinking about Subaru. Thank you, Geno! P.S. Shout out to the temp Finance Manager, Jason! Jason was really great with the financing part! He also just gave us the information instead of trying to sell us into something we didn't want.

Low pressure and very accommodating! Dealing with Shauna Mager was the most enjoyable Dealership experience I have ever had.
