U-Drive Car Rental

I had very friendly and polite UDrive staff help me out with at Winnipeg Hyundai to get a vehicle. My car was brought in for body work and there was already arrangements made to have one ready for me. I am very pleased with me experience with UDrive and how they arranged to have staff there for pickup and drop off with COVID protocols in place. Amazing team and excellent service.

I booked a compact car for a few days via phone call. Very transparant, fast, and flexible. On the pick up day: Nikol S. is the most helpful car rental associate I have ever met. Asking me if you have any difficulties while renting it to call the number provided. Deposit is released within 3 business days. The car is clean, pristine condition to rent. I supposed to pick up the car in the early evening. She suddenly contacted me a day before that if I can pick up the car at Regent location since she only works at the portage location until noon.Unfortunately I can't and she waited for me until the origin's booking time!! Applause for Nikol and Portage location team! My experience at the Pembina location is awesome but not as great as this when I rented there in 2018. I can't commented about now.

Nicole is a great employee, she gave excellent customer service. Recommended.
