Our experience with Terry's Trailer Service was Great! From initial contact to picking up the trailer and going through the demo. Terry's Trailer Service team went above and beyond to not only explain things, but to be more than patient with any and every question we had. No high pressure sales, they share their abundance of knowledge, they are really there for their customers. It's great to work with people who remember what a Mom and Pop business is all about! I could not possibly verbalize just how great our purchase experience was. Terry, Mandy, Casey and the rest of the amazing team made sure we felt confident and comfortable with our new 2020 Wildwood x-lite 273QBXL. My husband and I have purchased 2 trailers from Terry's. Our first was a Rockwood Premium tent trailer which we had for 2 years. Traded the tent trailer in for a Serro Scotty Travel Trailer. We drove from Ontario to Vancouver Island and back August 26 to October 11th last year. We had no major issues. Thanks to Terry and his staff for making our trailer purchases EASY.
