Great parts staff and a open late parts counter make New West a helpful ally when your truck goes down

We towed our truck into New West Towing Thursday morning and they had our truck ready that night. We were very surprised that our truck was ready that quickly with the amount of work that was needed to be done The mechanics (Chris and someone else) left the truck in great running order and cleaned up the engine and lines. One figures with a time crunch a lot of the little stuff gets over looked, but here it was not. Maggie and Dave who were in the office were helpful and pleasant and were able to answer all our questions and make our wait good by providing showers laundry and a nice lounge. However I would not recommend calling this shop off hours. They can’t or won’t give you any mechanical answers which is too bad. Had we been able to talk to one of the day guys we probably would not have done as much damage to our truck as we did. However we explained this to Dave (the manager) and he did see our calls “for help” were legitimate and Dave was able to give us a discount on our repairs. Great shop and great people 😊

Service Manager, Dave and his team are extremely professional and knowledgeable. Jobs are done right and at a fair price. We had an obscure issue that other shops couldn't diagnose. Dave rolled up his sleeves to research and fix the problem himself. I would highly recommend NWT.
