Excellent service. Those guys are very very helpful, they don't push you to buy. I had a very good experience. And the owner is a very nice a friendly person. Highly recommended place. You will feel secure and in very good hands.

The place has changed quite a bit from they time they used to o be Honda Excel Moto. They now have a wide variety of motorcycle makes and models. In terms of apparels they also have a much wider selection now at different price ranges. The shop is well organized and clean. And the service is very friendly and helpful. They give good advice and knows their stuff. Great go-to place for your motorcycle needs.

Excel Moto has been nothing short of spectacular. Every dealer short follow their business practices. The team of Ali, Hassan, and Claude helped me achieve my dream bike despite me being from Ontario. Will definitely come back!

I really wanted to give Excel Moto 5 Stars, but I waiting till the whole process was over before giving my overall experience. The Good: Lots of selection and friendly staff. Nice showroom with plenty of models from many companies. 15% off accessories when you purchase a motorcycle. The Bad: 1 star was lost when the finance department called me about the financing and announced what the monthly amount would be. It was higher than the online tools (Honda Canada). They tried to give me a 2.9% financing on 24 months, when the website clearly showed that it was offering 0.9%. When I asked them to look at the website...they said it states: Starts at 0.9%. After calling another dealership and asking them, they confirmed the lower rate. After bringing this up...conveniently...they found the proper rate and applied it. I can understand a sales staff not knowing the proper rate, but the finance person...c'mon. That left a doubt in my mind, but I kept the purchase with them. Speaking of finance, there is a $300 fee to finance a bike, which I was warned before getting financing. This is common practice although some dealerships charge slightly less. I was OK with that. They have to make a living! 1 star was lost for the add-on parts. I was told by the sales person that I would get 50% off the parts with my purchase and free installation. He said he would write it in the contract. My fault in this was trusting in him, and of course, nothing was written down. I found out when I went to pick up my bike and was greeted with a whooping invoice. I had even called the sales person hours before pickup to make sure all was in order and that the accessories were installed as per our agreement. He said for sure! In the end, it seems that this offer was a little too good. The manager told me they either give 50% off parts OR free installation (and they don't really do that anymore because of the low margins on selling bikes and accessories). As an entrepreneur and business owner, I can understand that margins are low. The manager could have simply asked the sales person, who was with us, if he had indeed promised this to me. I was made to feel like I was trying to pull a fast one on them. I didn't enjoy that. Regardless of how bad/good the deal was...it was the deal we agreed upon and my sales person sheepishly told me there was nothing he could do. With my customers, I'm always in for the long run, and if I promise something, even if it's a mistake, I honour the deal. I might not make as much initially, but I have a customer for life. I paid the difference of $250, which was parts at 100% of the price, free installation. Both of these incidents left a bad taste in my mouth. For my friends that are finishing their courses and looking for bikes, I've told them to look elsewhere. I will probably look at getting serviced going forward at another dealership. The other one I called was so quick and ready to help me, even if I mentioned that I had already agreed to purchase the bike with Excel Moto and left a deposit. That was classy of them. CONCLUSION: Mixed emotions for sure. A doubt is planted when deals get changed along the way. That trust is easy to lose, hard to gain back. TIP: Do your research. Find your bike price online. Verify financing percentages online and keep an eye out on manufacturer specials and incentives. If you do choose to make your purchase with Excel Moto, make sure EVERYTHING is in writing. Don't take their word for it...the deal might change along the way. It did for me. It's a tough market and I do feel for a shop selling high price bikes with razor thin margins. That seed of doubt was planted, not once, but twice. Get it in writing...then you should be fine.
