We recently bought a new truck from Mike Yarek’s Dealership. It’s comforting to know that excellent customer service is still a priority for some companies. Mike Jr, Kristina and Dave were professional, helpful and customer oriented. Buying a vehicle is still a big purchase in my view and buying it from a local family business such as them was a pleasure.

Getting a 2021 RAM Warlock? (Or any other Chrysler Dodge Ram?) I have to say the team at Mike Yarek is awesome. Right from email interaction with Dan King, to deciding to purchase... After emailing with Dan, I decided to walk the lot and met another salesperson, Dave, who chatted with us, gave us some great info and took us in to meet Dan. Dan, through the never ending support and questions, answered me promptly and accurately allowing me to not only choose a dealer but wisely choose options to configure my new truck. The whole experience was in comparison to other dealers that I approached, initially using the quote request function from ramtruck.ca to the quality of service and value of pricing. My experience in dealer quality ranges greatly. From questionable pricing games, and not listening to a simple quote request, to responding directly and quickly to enquiries. I did shop around and did find most of my contact with other dealers positive. But Dan has been detail oriented, listens to ensure he’s answering, and researches those rare questions he can’t answer thoroughly from his deep product knowledge. I felt he consistently went above and beyond to ensure I was educated and well served. In the process, everything I saw about this dealership, demonstrated a commitment to customer satisfaction as well as a true passion for their business, their customers and their great products. There’s an obvious customer driven culture that is the result of many years of focus on doing the right things to create loyalty with excellence in services provided. So I want to Thank Dan, the owners, his associates for making my experience with this dealership not just positive, but significantly memorable. Obviously, I can’t say enough. In my humble opinion I would like to give 1 star, but it wouldn’t be fair to the friendly people up front. I don’t need my Dodge Caravan serviced with the dealer and I wish the parts dept would be more professional and friendly. Attitude adjustment needed. I would buy a car from Dan but I would not buy parts from Chris. Luckily there are plenty of other Chrysler dealers to buy parts from. Mike Yarek Sr. make the change, it’s needed!
