Justin in sales was super helpful and knowledgeable. We bought the Honda 420 and the process was easy and quick! Had a few questions after we purchased and spoke to Justin each time after.. not only has he been helpful but very friendly as well- each time asking us how we are liking it. It's nice to feel like the staff still care after your purchase has been made!

I honestly try to avoid this place as often as I can. They have a very nice selection of bikes in the showroom. But I feel like the guy working the parts counter wanted to do the bare minimum to help me out before moving on to the next customer. I purchased a helmet from the apparel section and the staff were awesome. They did not have the color I wanted in stock and offered to order it in for me at no extra cost. Helmet arrived in less than a week and I love it. That being said I have never dealt with the sales or service department before. But if I'm looking for parts this is my last option in the city...
