Great service & follow up! We recently moved from BC, and we looked at vehicles online before we got to Halifax. Barron followed up with an email/video as soon as we saved the one vehicle we were interested in, and even while we were on the road, checked in, not only to find out about the vehicle, but also to hear how our road trip was going. When we met in person, he came across as very knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly. At the time of our appointment, there was a lot of stuff going on in the showroom, with multiple clients looking for help, but Barron managed to deal with everyone and facilitated our test drive. We liked the vehicle, and proceeded to deal with Pat, who sorted out all the relevant paperwork, and was very helpful in this regard. He offered us optional warranty programs and explained the costs involved, and we accepted some options. When we returned to pick up the vehicle, both Barron & Pat were ready to meet us and help us get on our way. During a recent visit to Halifax from PEI, I stopped at Steele Chrysler to see a 2019 Wrangler I saw on their website. I was impressed that the dealership took the time to post 72 pictures of the Jeep ! Corey was very professional and helpful in going through the features of the new Jeep during my test drive. When I returned home to PEI, Corey sent me a video of the new Jeep and helped me get the best trade-in value for my Wrangler. I then worked with Pat who was equally professional and helpful in putting the deal together over the phone and email. When I returned to Halifax to pick up the new Jeep, Pat and Corey had everything ready as promised and on schedule ! They were so friendly and considerate of our time knowing we were driving back to PEI right away. If you are looking for a new or used vehicle, I highly recommend Steele Chrysler !

Great experience with Steele Chrysler. I found the car I was looking for on their website. Upon arriving they quickly confirmed the car was still available and set up a test drive. I worked with Corey. Corey was very professional, helpful and easy to work with. Didn’t feel rushed once but was also made a priority. Definitely recommend!
