I recently purchased my 2009 Dodge Ram from Assad, from the moment i turned up he was super friendly and welcoming, upront straightaway about a few issues he had found and the plan to fix them. We had a leisurely test drive for almost an hour. Assad was just awesome to do business with and i bought the truck there and then. He promptly followed up and we got the small repairs sorted all included in the upfront price. I highly recommend Assad and Silver Fox Autos.

What comes to mind when you think: ''car dealership'' ? Cheep jokes, fake smiles of a patronizing, often pushy agent? Not here. Assad is a genuinely friendly, helpful guy who truly listens to your needs and tries his best to match you with the car you will like. But it does not stop after you sign on the dotted line. Assad remains your ''go to'' person whenever you have any problems with your car. You do not need to call any 1-800 numbers or get bounced from one customers service to another. You just call Assad. One call. If this is a warranty issue, he takes responsibility and organizes everything (including a replacement vehicle if needed). If it is a check up or some unexpected repair, he connects you with the best mechanic shop where your problem will be fixed fast and well. I bought my Prius at Silver Fox several years ago and whenever I need help or advice, Assad is there for me. He genuinely cares. And I trust this friendly, positive, helpful man.

Just bought a car from here – Assad was kind, easygoing and courteous throughout the entire process. He happily let us take the vehicle on a long test drive, and volunteered a ton of information about the vehicle's history, including previous accident photos and a full inspection. Would highly recommend!
