Greetings Roxane and Mark this correspondence is long over due! Found a 2007 Acura MDX with 29000 km on your site...too good to be TRUE? Roxane immediately sent the CAR FAX....WOW it checked out. I called Mark and made a commitment, he explained the vehicle was in transit and he would call me when it arrived....talk about daunting buying a vehicle sight unseen from a complete stranger. Eventually the MDX arrived and Mark contacted me pointing out there was an imperfection in the paint and he would provide me a generous discount or I could cancel my commitment. I was KEEN on the vehicle and flew from Winnipeg to Saskatoon...when I arrived at the dealership I could not believe my eyes there was the vehicle in pristine showroom condition and I was greeted like an old friend. Needless to say I was thrilled when I had the keys and was on the road in less than half hour. Talk about customer service, my new found friends provided my son Dylan and I funds to buy lunch as they knew our 8 hour journey home was just beginning. The next day I made contact to inquire about more recent service on the Acura...oil changes etc.... Roxane promptly said I will investigate with the dealership on the Car Fax and get back to me with the findings. Promptly I received all the answers to provide me with a clear picture, then I couldn't believe my ears when I was told an E Transfer would be sent to cover some of my initial service...talk about Generous! I have owned the MDX for a month now and can't stop smiling. I attended the local Acura dealership to get a second key and of course my friends @ Cars R Us had made the arrangement and covered the cost of this expensive endeavor. My mechanic could not believe his eyes upon inspection of the MDX...Its like it was just driven off the lot in 2007. Yesterday I went to the mail and smiled once again, there were the Manuals for a 2007 Acura MDX as promised sent from the dealership in Saskatoon. Talk about customer service and exceeding expectations, Mark and Roxane will always be memorable and hold a special place in my mind because they always took the HIGH ROAD, prompt, excellent communicators and always took ownership if there was any type of hiccup. If you are considering any type of interaction with Cars R US I can guarantee there will be no disappointments and you will have the comfort and belief that you were treated FAIR & SQUARE! GRACIAS AMIGOS....

I needed to find Mark and Roxane to find my new car! I drove from Winnipeg to Saskatoon to get the car. A long distance purchase is risky but Mark and his cell phone videos were my ears and eyes and helped me find EXACTLY what I was looking for. I could NOT have done this without them! I love my new Equinox! It is absolutely pristine! Exactly as described by Mark.
