Called late friday night 7 ish o'clock. Asked if they could fit in a quick lube. The service advisor said he was fully booked but he would try his very hardest. I knew the answer to all the question i had about my new 2019 tractor. The best customer service i have received from any dealer across the country. His knowledge and skill from past experiences make him very knowledge and full of information. Even though they couldnt fit me in he gladly booked me in for monday evening and informed me of why my tires are wearing funny. I look forward to dealing with this gentleman for as long as i own a truck. The date was july 26, 2019 i wish this guy was my service advisor at every dealer.
