Mr. Cooley, the owner of Cooley Automotive, was very kind, respectful and explained everything that had to be done along with the cost before I authorized any work on my vehicle. The reception area is clean and organized. I have no hesitation using this establishment. As a matter of fact, I plan on keeping them for any my mechanical work that is required on my vehicle for as long as I can.

Very honest. Never met an honest mechanic before. Gave him a 1000$ budget thinking it was something serious. And it cost me less then 200$. Any other mechanic, that I met, would have reached the budget

While driving on the 416, I felt some vibrations. It turned out that my recently-switched tires weren't tightened properly, and some of the lug nuts could be unscrewed by hand. I drove very slowly to the nearest garage which was beside Cooley. I asked for a very quick bit of help to tighten my lug nuts, and the gentleman behind that counter was quite rude about saying no. I drove next door to Cooley, and Mikey was there. He had no problem taking 4 minutes to give me a hand, and double checked the studs and rim to make sure they were okay. I offered him money, and he declined. So I'm offering this 5-star review of Cooley instead. Mikey was very kind to take the time out of his day to help me out and to ask nothing in return.

I have never had a bad experience here. Cooley's was recommended to me after I had some horrific expensive warranty repairs/experiences at the dealer I purchased my car from. Honest, excellent service at a fair price. Always calls with an estimate and what service is required. I am more than satisfied with bringing my vehicles here for service and highly recommend them.
