At 11:24 this morning (a Saturday), I called William from Pharand Auto. I asked him if he could sell me a car quickly. At 15:00 I left with the car. The car had been inspected, the brakes and oils changed. I am really impressed by the excellent service. I found a car, but even more one dealer for many years to come.

Yesterday was my first time dealing with them and I was very pleased. New tires were installed as discussed, no surprises. Had an oil change at the same time and they didn't try to 'nickle and dime' me like some other places. They found a small issue and made recommendations, that was it - turns out it can wait until next time. I think I've found a new place to have my car serviced.
