Have been a customer for the past couple of years. Always had good service and prices were fair. Never had a problem until now. Needed winter tires and rims installed. Have new tires and new steel 'winter' rims right out of the box. Did not buy my tires or rims from them. Instead bought them from a bulk dealer but not affiliated with a garage. I was told that they wont install my tires and rims because I didn't buy them from them. Wow! That's new to me..... Their competitor down the street had no problem taking care of me.

I got a very competitive quote emailed to me, areanged for the tires to be fitted, on the day all went well, helpful and polite, nice waiting area, I will be back when I need some more tires.
