If I ever need a rental, no matter where in town I live, I go to this branch. Frank is a true caring gentleman. Timely and polite. I'm glad I dealt with them Hope the universe gives them back the kindness in ten folds.

Reserved online the night before. They gave me a great service and I was out with a car in less than 10 minutes. The car came clean which was appreciated. After the rented time was up, I brought it back an hour early and it took 5 minutes to close out :) they even gave me a lift to where I needed to be. Didn't get hit by any hidden fees either. I'll be working with them again in the future!

The Greatest Customer Experience You'll Ever Have. You'll rent a car even if you don't need one! They just get it, every detail! My experience with Enterprise St-Jean West Island branch cannot be topped. It's too much detail for a review but I've provided them below for those who'd like to keep reading. What to do when your car breaks down the Sunday evening before your first day at your very anticipated new job, 40 Km from home? Don't waste your time google mapping every option under the sun, public transport, Uber, Taxi, asking all your friends and family for a car, staying up late worried sick about how useless you're going to seem to your new employers. Just go to the Enterprise Website, and everything will be clear and easy. They've accounted for every detail. It's clear, easy to use, no hassle, no frustrations, no hidden charges, the price you see in big font is the total price, no tricks or delays, whether you're in a panic, or confused, or overwhelmed, or reserving ahead of time because your life is so perfect and everything always goes as you plan, you'll get everything out of this website. It's SO refreshing how well it's done, and how little time you need to get ALL the info necessary. I chose this specific location based on, and in order of importance: time I need for my commute to them, distance from my location, and cost of commute by Uber or Taxi - (in order to arrive at work with as little delay as possible). As I was booking, they even proposed a pick-up option, in big font, clearly displayed and the instructions outlined in one very simple sentence. They open really early which was quite nice in my situation. I called as soon as they opened to ask for a pick-up. Well, more like beg at this point, but there was no issue AT ALL, he already knew my name, the car I reserved, the rep was extremely helpful and clear, and everything happened exactly as he said it would. The car showed up at the exact time he told me, he called before hand to let me know the driver was on his way. When the driver arrived, although I knew it was him, I waited to see if he would call, and he did. Very neat and clean car, comfortable, no loud radio, no scents, very good and courteous driver. I arrived in no time. Before I could even reach for the door, one of the reps had already opened it for me and welcomed me inside, the other rep was waiting for me at the counter, and no one was in line!! I was served IMMEDIATELY, and he had everything ready, on a tablet, no papers to sign and read and waste your time, it took exactly 35 seconds inside, he scanned my license with the tablet, took the deposit on my credit card, and even offered me different car options for the same price. The car they had reserved for me was spotless and in impeccable condition, so no time wasted while inspecting the car together. Quickly showed me a few tips about that specific model and off to work I was. My car was repaired fairly early on in the day, so I decided to drop the rental off that night. I hadn't realized that the rep had called and left me a message wondering if I'd like to keep the car or return it, outlining his departure time that eve and arrival time in the morning, and that in either case I could keep or return the car even if we were not able to get in touch. It was 9pm and completely dark when I returned the car. I parked in the lot and a few seconds later, a mega bright light came on illuminating the whole parking lot, the entrance way, the key drop box, the instructions written on the drop box. I felt so safe. It was soooooooo easy and such a pleasure to deal with these people that I wrote a thank you note and attached it to the keys. They even called to thank me for thanking them. Sincerely... I had a wonderful Monday because of them, a wonderful week at work, they made me feel like a class A individual, this type of professionalism is rare.

Everything was great. They picked me up, sincerely cared if everything was up to expectations. I will go back next time I need a rental.
