First time visit and I was impressed! Courteous, helpful & fast, despite likely being in their busiest week of the year!!! I needed a quick oil change on a Thursday late afternoon (4-5pm, Nov 14th) in the height of winter tire season (1st week of snow)... I was somewhat desperate for a quick oil change and had an earlier frustrating exp at another Jiffy lube in St-Eustache. I was welcomed very efficiently, quickly triaged as oil change client, quickly called in after 5min at the back, efficient explanation of service & fees... It was obvious they were busy, but I never felt rushed!! I was out and back on the road within 20-25min overall! This would normally deserve 4+stars, but in this case during my wait, I was blown away!! This is the 1st time I ever invest time to write a positive comment, despite being in sales and customer services for over 20 yrs, but what I witnessed was simply an exemplary level of service by their manager (Martin, I believe) who amidst being alone at the front with all the clients and inbound calls took the time to listen to a lady who needed to express concerns about an earlier experience... he took the time to listen, apologize for any other prior behaviors and offer suggestions for improvements without making excuses... but it was the transition between clients and his ability to shift without dragging any negative emotions between client interactions and making each person he spoke with feel like they were alone standing in the waiting room!! Today, they won me as a returning loyal client for both my vehicles and have raised the bar for other mechanic shops through the quality of service I witnessed there today!!

While the dealership tried to rob us and Canadian Tire did half the job, leaving us with a car that was not working, we took it to these guys and had it fixed for good. The amazing part is that we did not have to sell a kidney to pay for Jiffy's job. From now on we will only go to you guys! Also big thanks to Ian for keeping us informed about everything. Great job guys!
