We called for some information on how to winterize our boat. We were unable to make it out by closing time so Tom from Coach works RV & Marine took the time to come out to our house and show us in person. He was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Purchased a new travel trailer from Coach Works last week. I was very impressed with the professionalism, knowledge and customer service provided by the entire staff. Mike our sales associate was very friendly, helpful and not pushy. Made me feel like I knew him for 20 years. Chantel in Finance was a pleasure to deal with. She is super organized and cares about your time. She was very accommodating about changing her schedule to what worked best for me. Everything they promised happened when they said it would. Unfortunately, I forget the name of the young man that did the walk through and orientation for us. He did an excellent job. He was very thorough and made sure we understood everything. He answered lots of questions my wife and I had. Great job team. You made the buying experience a pleasure for us.

We bought a trailer from Coach Works and had a great experience. Mike, the salesman, was happy to talk on the phone numerous times to answer our questions. The trailer was showing some wear after being a floor model for a year. He carefully took note of everything that needed fixing and had it all ready for us to pick up. The trailer looked brand new again. Chantel, the finance person, was so helpful, answering all of our questions, and being flexible when we changed our mind last minute. She even bought and delivered a hose to us on her way home. Talk about going above and beyond! They threw in something when we misunderstood that it was included in the trailer, even though it wasn’t. Lorne did a super thorough walk through at pick up. Over all of our numerous experiences with dealerships selling vehicles and trailers, Coach Works is definitely the best.

We just purchased our first new travel trailer and had such a great experience! We had the pleasure of dealing with Mike, Shae, Chantel and Lorne. They went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly! We had a hold up with our insurance, Shae and Chantel went out of their way to find us insurance for that day at an even cheaper rate! While we were waiting so many asked us if we needed anything. Excellent customer service!!!
