For what it's worth, this is my experience. After seeing an ad for used motor, I call them and asked to speak to someone about it. Other than being told it was in very good shape, I was told the best thing I could do was come in and look at it, then discuss the details. I think this is very fair, because without seeing it, I couldn't really know if it's what I want. When I got there, I talked to Jeff in sales who showed me the motor and gave me the back story with hours. He quoted me what I thought was a very fair price to install. I purchased the motor, but haven't had it installed yet. I'll update this review with a picture once it's installed and finished. I'm very pleased with my dealings so far.

I traveled to Edmonton from Red Deer to purchase boat/ trailer from Jeff. Being a first time boat owner, Jeff made it easy to educate me on what I needed to know and helped me on what I was looking for. They are pretty enthusiastic about boating and their work. Great service. Heavily recommend this company.

Jeff in sales and Wade in parts went above and beyond to get me what i needed and allow me to order from Northern Alberta. They had the right parts in stock and were the only place in Canada to have what i need for my older Johnson motor. Highly recommend these guys and when i upgrade ill be back for sure.
