I don’t share reviews unless warranted but have to say I have been blown away by the quality service provided by the parts and repair department at RV. They treat you like family and get to know your needs and interests from an RV perspective. Kaitlin is my go to for any questions or needs and is able answer what comes her way. I have already referred others and they are happy as well with the service. I look forward to having more conversations with Kaitlin and her team come the spring when it’s time to get the trailer back on the road. Great work Owasco RV!

My friend needed a part for his Suburban RV and we went to Owasco. We were there only a couple of minutes when a staff member came out and greeted us. Her name was Grace at the Whitby location. Dave ordered a part and pre-paid. It was simple. All he has to do now is wait for the part to arrive. We had a 5 star experience

We been looking for a new trailer for over a year and I went everywhere in Ottawa, Alexandria and Owasco was the only place that offered us the best value for our money. We compared prices and we saved over $3,000 by buying it in Owasco. We were contacted by Roman, from the beginning Roman, was helpful, professional and tried to meet every request we were looking for in a trailer, he kept us informed day by day as to when the trailers were to arrive. He took care of everything, we did not feel pressure at any time to buy the trailer, they went beyond our expectations as far as the trailer and the dealing with the finances. My purchase was done over the phone and we never had any doubts and concern because of the way everything was handled, they deliver everything they said and all was done on time. It was such a smooth easy process thanks to Roman who was our main contact for everything. Without Roman we wouldn’t have been able to complete the transaction. On top of all of this we also received 20% off any accessories we needed for our new trailer. I highly recommend Owasco and make sure to ask for Roman, there is nobody like him.

I recently met with sales rep Brian Heringer at Owasco RV centre. I’m new to looking at this segment and a recent retiree. I had many questions and was very impressed with Brian’s professional and friendly demeanour. I was also blown away by the selection available on site. This was the best RV rep I have met in my new travels to learn more about RVs and see if they are right for me. Made me feel at home, very helpful and so friendly! Great experience.
