Thank you to Joe Campbell for providing excellent customer service during a very tricky transaction! Joe was very patient with me while I tried to decide what kind of vehicle would best suit my needs, offered advice and provided multiple options to help me decide. Given how tricky it was with my financials, Joe was able to stay calm and collected during the transaction and was very honest with all of the information. Nothing worse than going into a dealership and being sold on something you don't want just so they can get the sale. I am definitely satisfied with the service received and with my new CR-V (my kids love it too!). Thank you for providing the best customer service I've ever received!

My husband and I just had an excellent first experience here, starting with our greeting at reception! Dan O, Fara, and Dave in finance are all very good at what they do and make it a fun and personable experience. It was a very relaxed process with none of the “old-school used car salesman” vibe, which we really appreciated. All our questions were answered and we got our vehicle in a timely manner. Thanks to the whole team, it was definitely worth the drive from Barrie!

I was looking for a used Honda Civic, and had an amazing experience at this dealership. Miguel was very attentive to my needs and wants and definitely personalized the experience and helped me find exactly what I wanted. Fara and Trevor Crew topped it all off when I picked up the car, again with friendly and personal service. I've bought 2 used cars before this one, but the service from these three definitely made this the best experience so far! Transparent, attentive, they care about the service they provide. Fara and Grant were amazing to work with. They were very welcoming and helped us out through every step. UPDATE: Everyone there were great at their job. Very welcoming and just great to talk with. Although, I personally didn't like how they made me and my husband give them a review right on the spot telling us to give them a 5 star. Whatever they case was, we were happy in that moment but once we received our car, we noticed there were minimal detailing done. The rust proofing coat was dripping down the car and we had to drive it like that and cleaned it ourselves once we went home.

My family's experience here was fantastic thanks to Dan O.! To start, we didn't have an appointment scheduled and no representatives were approaching us for a while, until Dan O. returned from outside. From start to finish, he was very welcoming, friendly and helpful and we genuinely feel he tried his hardest to get the best value out of the car we were seeking. We welcomed our 2019 Honda Accord Sport within days! The Financial rep that helped us (forgot her name) was also very helpful and friendly. Overall, we definitely recommend shopping here! As Dan O. called it, the ''superstore'' of Honda!
