Sadly, we are currently back to pandemic measures, so no in store shopping. That being said, curbside pickup was pretty painless. Relatively quickly they came out with our order. The only thing I would recommend, would be a faster way to hear the options. The first person speaking goes on and on before getting to the options

I purchased one set of winter tires and steel rims, and had them installed. Quality and value of products, and customer service were great. Only issue was this - I left my vehicle the night before the service to get ahead in the line. I received a call at 11:30am the following morning informing me that the service was done. I tried to pick up the vehicle at 2pm and saw that the tires and rims had not been mounted. Apparently, there was some mix up somewhere. Anyway, it was serviced right away and the work was finished after I did some shopping in the store and had a cup of coffee nearby.

We don't go to this location usually. Usually, I always pay attention to names and I wish I had this time. The first associate in housewares, was so knowledgeable on the whole store. (Not just housewares) Within the 30 seconds I was beside him. He knew where (what exact aisle) things could be found when asked by customers. Young guy too. Said he has been there for 2.5 years. Great Job buddy!! Then, I asked another associate about shavers and which one I should buy. (Both on sale) Wasn't sure. So she said....buy the one you want for now and I'll give you a raincheck for the other one so you can still get in on sale within the next 30 days if you want to come back to get the other one at sale price. Awesome! Thanks for quick thinking. Great Job guys! Better then the other store I usually go to.
