After seeing all 5 star reviews I called Northern to get help in picking a new radio for my RAV4. Ray was very professional and took his time to explain different types of radios out there and helped to pick the one that will fulfill my requirement. He was very professional and kept his word. His rates are very reasonable. This place builds long term relationships and not one time customers. I’d highly recommend this place.

Helpful and knowledgeable guys. Although i have yet to do any major installs with them as my current car is already completed, I would not hesitate to bring my next car here as they have the knowledge and expertise to do the job right the first time. My most recent trip here was for a stubborn plug i could not get loose and the guy with beard, dont know his name, helped me by taking it out with ease and did it for free. I appreciated that gesture.

I had a great experience with Ray and his team, when I came by to purchase my new car stereo. He was very knowledgeable about the different options and he ordered the parts needed to do the installation. Once the stereo was installed, the sound was phenomenal! He honors his warranty and was committed to making everything perfect. I'd definitely recommend this place to my friends. My mom got her car stereo done here too!
