I was stuck on the 401 EB tonight and struggling for over an hour to get a stuck tire off. One of your technicians saw me on his way past and came back to help. Within 5 mins he had the tire off and fixed. I was super stressed out and not sure if he told me his name or I forgot it but he was just an awesome human being. He went on his way and wasnt worried about pymt. I would like to know who he was so I can compensate at least. Tim's? Case of beer? Lol. Anyway if he is representative of this company and how it operates then they deserve every 5 star rating they get.

Needed a service call for an oil seal on a trailer, on the 401. Driver was great on the phone and arrived at the scene very promptly. He came with extra parts just in case. They were not needed and he only repaired what was needed. The rate was fair and I didn't feel like I'd been taken advantage of at all. I hope this company takes good care of this service tech because he is excellent. I would highly recommend Courtice Truck and Trailer Mobile Service.

Needed a service call at 1AM in the morning for a belt and tensioner on a Frtlr. Called Paul and got a text back shortly saying he'd look after me ASAP. He picked up the parts from the dealer and did the repair within 2hrs. Fantastic service at a reasonable price. And to top it off Paul even brought my driver a coffee and sandwich. It's nice to say there are still great service guys on the road and I was lucky enough to get one. Keep this number if you are in a pinch. Worth every dollar!!!
