Great Service and Behavior. I bought a Volvo V50 2009 from Durham Auto Mall last month. John and others behavior and customer service was great. They helped me to certify and licensing the car. I forgot to take the second remote of the car, and John advised me to take that after he got it from the dealer. I appreciate John for that help. I shall advise others to visit Durham Auto Mall.

It would literally be impossible for me to exaggerate how much help John was at helping me with Buying my 2010 Mazda 3 hatchback today. I made every step of the process much harder than it needed to be with my lack of knowledge on not only what i needed to do about getting a car, but also not even know what i wanted. This man worked with me, and went out of his way to also help with my plates AND THIS WAS WHILE HE WAS STILL ON VACATION!
