I have been renting trucks from Oshawa Penske for about 2 years. They have always been flexible in helping me grow my business. Brandon is responsive and a pleasure to deal with. Like everyone they are not perfect. What they are great at is making it right when there are any issues at all. Recently we decided to do a long term lease with them and It has gone well. We've had a couple of issues with the equipment which happens. The greatness again is in their ability to get the unit fixed and rolling.

I rented a truck through Brandon. There was an mistake made on the size of truck. The situation was rectified over and beyond what I could have expected. It's rare to see this type of customer service today. The truck was new, clean and awesome. Thanks...........
