Transmission died on 401. Shawn (onion) came to our rescue. He was pleasant and helpful. He took us to a nice hotel and dropped off our truck at mister transmission. He even dropped off the keys too. He suggested where to eat that night. He waited to make sure we had a room available at the hotel. He took the stress away from the experience. Thank you for the extra care and attention.

I was involved in an accident at 401 and Courtice rd in Durham Region and was fortunate that a Powell Truck was in the vicinity. The driver Sean Radcliffe provided excellent courteous,and professional service during this trying time. He assisted all of the involved parties and ensured we had not been injured.and provided assistance to me personally by helping walk me thru the accident report procedure. I engaged his service to have the vehicle towed to the collision reporting centre after discussing the possibility of driving the vehicle. Sean's knowledge of automotive systems that had been potentially damaged by the crash backed up my own synopsis of the vehicle condition. Sean was an absolute godsend during this situation and he made me feel like I was talking with my best friend not just some tow truck operator out to hookup my vehicle. Sean even arranged to have a rental vehicle waiting for me at the reporting centre talk about going that extra mile for customers. I will not hesitate to use Powell Recovery in future and might add that this is the second time I have used the company services and engaged with a driver named Eric who towed my step sons work van when other company would not tow it. Eric showed the same level of professionalism courtesy and knowledge also Kudos to Mr.John Powell for for operating a company with this level of service and standards and employing knowledgeable, professional, and courteous drivers who show genuine concern during a very distressing situation situation such as a traffic accident.
