Craig and Ian run a great operation here. They are very knowledgeable and professional and do an excellent job. I would highly recommend this location for anything automotive, repairs and tires.

This is just a first phase of this review. I am in need of winter tires and wheels. Cassie, who has been corresponding with me has been amazing. I felt like I have been an annoying customer, but nonetheless Cassie and the customer service has been awesome. I eventually made up my mind and ordered a set of wheels and tires from them. Furthermore, RNJ has been the only place who were communicating with me, despite of how small of a business I bring to them. If you are looking for a customer oriented place, please do yourself a favour and contact them immediately. I will try to update this once the wheels comes in. (Phase 2 of the review) I lose my wheel lock, and I tried looking for it in the car first and I went home too, no luck. Went back to RNJ and Mr. Craig suggested something first and I tried the first suggestion without luck again. So finally, here I am, back at RNJ shop, and Mr. Craig and crew will be helping out with my dilemma. Amazing establishment and amazing people. In addition today Jan 3, 2020 I started using RNJ tires for oil change as well.
