Had a puncture fixed a year ago and still holding up well. More recently went in to get all my wheels balanced. The tires are balanced properly as all steering wheel vibration has disappeared but had some other concerns: 1. Got home and front right wheel weight was barely hanging on. Hammered it back and put some super glue to ensure it doesn't come off again. 2. Left side front and rear tires were swapped which I had to switch back to their correct position. 3. Had asked for the lugs to be torqued to 85 ft-lbs since the manufacturer of my car recommends that. Was told they do it to 100 but will specially do it to 85 for me. When I went to swap the left tires in their correct spot, lugs were clearly tighter (my torque wrench opened them at 105 ft-lbs). Shawn the owner called me back soon after I left my original review to ask how he could rectify the issue. Gave him some additional feedback which he said he will implement, so I believe it was an honest mistake.

Excellent service and very helpful and courteous staff. If you are looking reliable and expert tire services, these guys will never let you down, you can trust on them. Shawn is very helpful and nice person who handles all schedule on time and manages service delivery as per expectation.

I wanted to share my experience with OK Tire on Pickering. I have nothing but great things to say about the experience I had. Not only was the owner and his staff professional, courteous but most importantly very friendly. I went there for a maintenance check up and also a tire change and the staff provided me all the options for thr best price but were also very courteous with providing me updates as to when my car will be ready. I have had experiences with Kal Tire, Mr Lube and even Canadian Tire but by far my best experience was either OK Tire in Pickering. I will definitely be back there.

Great, friendly and professional service. helpful and genuine staff. would recommend for any car maintenance. Owner is sincere and cooperative with customers. Comfortable experience getting tires changed and other car maintenance for past several years. Overall great and reliable service.
