Fast and efficient. I showed up at 7:40am for a winter tire switch over and there were 7 people ahead of me standing waiting outside the locked entrance. By 8:00am there 6 more people behind me. By 9:30am they'd posted a sign on their front door that they were no longer taking new appointments that day. I think during the few ''switch-over'' weeks they could have extended hours of business. Surely there are staff willing to put in some extra hours for extra pay just before the holidays?

Over all good experience and i do recommend I purchased Michelin Pilot sports for a Porsche 996 turbo . I removed one star for almost having my factory aluminum lug nuts replaced with steel ones which was not recommended with the OEM spacers by Porsche after speaking to them . The tech in the back said he has worked on many of these cars and never seen them with aluminum , I was told as long as I sign a waiver they would put them back on . I signed the waiver and glad I did . So one star removed for not being experienced on this type of car in my opinion , also seen with tire pressure set at 32 psi on all 4 tires . By looking at the back of the gas fill door would have shown front is 36 psi and rear at 44 psi . Non of this would stop me from purchasing again . Liz was very helpful and made sure the tires were manufactured within the last year . Tires drove really well and wheels were well balanced . Happy with the purchase
