This is the only Mr. Lube I go to. I recommend this location to everyone who values proper car maintenance. The team is very knowledgeable and very helpful. My first experience with a Mr.Lube, and frankly it was fantastic. All of the staff I interacted with were polite and informative, and the service was so fast I didn’t even have time to think about what I wanted for lunch lol. They were upfront with my service options and pricing, and I really appreciated the little extras they included during my oil change. My mother in law uses this particular location and recommended it to me. I’ll definitely be doing the same with my local friends and family.

After changing cabin filter at Mr Lube in Pickering, the air blower got noisy. The old air filter , was super stacked with dead leaves and I suspected something may have fallen into the blower blade. I returned to Mr Lube Pickering to have them check the noise coming from the blower. They did so willingly at no cost. The manager, Pedro, disassembled the glove compartment and cleaned out all the debris. He had me run the engine and the blower a few times and he was not satisfied until the blower noise went away. I salute Pedro and Mr Lube in Pickering for always standing behind their work! Although I live in Ajax, I've been making the trip to this Mr. Lube for the past 10 years because their work is top notch and their customer service is unbeatable.

I was extremely happy with the friendliness of the staff. My tech, Teer was fantastic. He was very transparent and explained everything I needed to keep up on the wear and tear of my truck. Oil change was extremely fast as well. After many bad experiences with other shops in the area, I will most definitely be back!

If anyone is looking for great added value service for their car then I would strongly recommend the team at Mr. Lube in Pickering (1195 Kingston Rd). I recently brought in my elderly mother's car for an oil change because the car was not running smoothly. I was instantly greeted with a warm smile and respect by Qasim. After taking a quick look under the hood he advised me that the car does not need an oil change and it was fine. They did a quick check of my entire car for free and advised me of few other things that might cause the poor performance and showed me the poor quality of the engine and air filters. I thought I would change these things on my own but the price they gave me to flush out the engine and to replace the filters plus the money saved from not doing the oil filter was too great to pass up. My mom is now happy and so am I knowing that she is safe. Thanks guys for your honesty, care and great value added services.
