I have been going to this Jiffy Lube location for over 20 years and have brought all of my cars to this location repeatedly. The staff is always professional, courteous and prompt. There is zero anxiety with the service work that I am doing. The staff will highlight any additional maintenance that we need to do to your vehicle but no pressure if you don't want to follow. Over the years, I have noticed that they have continued to change their safety standards for both their clients and their staff, which is very encouraging to see and hear. Sadly, I have relocated from Oshawa and will not be going back, but I would recommend anyone to take their vehicle there. On item to be mindful of...the location is at the corner of a very busy intersection in Oshawa. Be patient and take your time when coming and going into the location.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff that ensure safe practices during a pandemic. The service is fast, reliable and affordable. Also, the setup is nicer having vehicles entering from behind the building as there's more room and better traffic flow.

WOW!!! Best decision EVER! So glad I made the decision to try them out. The service was top notch. Stay in your car while they do the oil change. They went above & beyond: got all my windows cleaned, checked my coolant level, adjusted the air in my tires, topped up my windshield washer fluid. The mechanic noticed that my engine filter was dirty & offered to replace it at a low cost. Plus they showed me the stick to prove that my oil tank is full. I am very pleased with the service & will come back for sure. Thank you guys! Friendly & great customer service.
