Chez Lapointe Auto je suis client de plus de 22 ans et j’ai acheté 4 véhicules et Martin Godbout il vous écoute il respecte vos besoins et vos moyens et il est transparent c’est quelqu’un avec qui je peux faire confiance et il a s vraiment bien me conseiller et j’ai appris qu’il faut l’écouter il a de bon conseil c’est quelqu’un qui connaît bien ça. Au service c’est un service amicale et et axé sur comment bien accommoder le client et lui faire économiser des frais inutiles. Stéphane son gérant de service c’est quelqu’un qui vous reviens et vous trouve toujours une solution pour vous accommoder et vous satisfaire et un vrai gentleman il n’aime pas voir les gens dans l’embarras et il se met toujours à votre place il vous comprend et fait du mieux avec tous ce qui peut. Chez Lapointe le personnel de distingue ils sont humains et dévoués.
