Amazing experience on a Finance buy out on a RVR. Rick was amazing and making everything smooth and did a great job to my unique situation as we had two owners on the vehicle. Shannon(s) did a great job on my servicing of a car getting the safety done. Ensured my breaks and everything needed was completed on time and at a reasonable price. My wife and I recently purchased a 2018 RVR from Motorcity Mitsubishi. From the moment we walked into the showroom and met with Alam, took a test drive and signed the deal, we enjoyed a professional, no hassle, no pressure experience. We have been driving the car for the past couple of weeks and it has met and or exceeded all of our requirements. I have been driving a number of Ford Escapes over the past 15 years andI am very, very happy with my Mitsubishi RVR. Hats off to Ray and his team for establishing a relationship that made us feel comfortable with our decision.

Excellent dealership! Both service and sales were very helpful, as well as friendly. Pricing a new vehicle/valuing a trade-in was done very quickly with both being explained in a way we could easily understand. I would definitely go to Motorcity Mitsubishi again.
