This was a great experience! Gary was really accommodating and patient as we went over the car with a fine tooth comb! Very personable as well! I was very happy with the financing options available, and am looking forward to picking my car up next week! Highly recommend!

Without going into any exhaustive detail, I will just say that Ed has provided our family with service second to none. He is knowledgeable, respectful, a problem solver and always returns phone calls in a timely manner. A true professional. It is refreshing to deal with someone with integrity in an industry which often has not enough of that quality. ''Reality is Exactly opposite to the rating and other Reviews''- latest personal experience. I got a used car out of super necessity during the global crisis from GB auto sales last week and paid $6500 only for car, and my experience as of today from the very next day I got the car is as follows: Day 1: Car gear does not engage properly, Drives Reverse in Drive Mode. Drivers heated seat and phone charger port does not work. Day 2: The car does not drive in Electric mode at all (other than when you press break/stop- I don’t know it’s still a hybrid car any more) In addition, to the above issues, when I noticed / checked the car completely it wasn’t properly cleaned (it’s still the same as of today- there is ladies hair pin, shoes lay and crackers or cookie crumbs as can be seen in pictures). I mentioned it to Ed on a positive note of things they would correct next time with the other customers. What he said is I am too picky (I paid $6500 for car and they thinks its ok to expect shoe lay and hair pins? However, it wasn’t a big deal I could get it vacuumed at any gas station and it cost less than $5 but it shows how much they value the customers). Apart from this they are very unfriendly and unprofessional service super disappointed for over trusting them. I reach them with concern right away, all i hear is rude reply, ITS NOT THE CAR FOR YOU..., WHAT YOU WANT ME TO DO????, YOU BRING THE CAR, YOU WANT ME TO CLEAN IT FOR YOU? I leave an hour plus drive north of Oshawa, hoping for better options and decided to get car from Oshawa. Just like most people I checked google and found good reviews about them and that is the only dealer I visited in Oshawa. I have over trusted them. They did not even do any demo of the car before handing over it to me to make sure everything works; the remote start does not work goes to PANIC MODE if I try to use it. I would have checked everything before leaving the lot. Even if I did there was nobody on the lot to talk to as soon as I paid them, they gave me the papers and fixed the plates and closed the lot and left. Did not waited until I left the lot. I reached there at 4:40 pm ( I work in essential industry ) and as per their website they close at 5pm. This is an honest review and I wonder why there is a drastic change( they manage reviews) in experience from the previous reviews about GB Auto? Based on which I blindly went there and got a car. ''I hope with this review it helps the way the customers are treated in future and advice to buyers just check everything before you pay the full amount and mentioned about any issues for the money you are paying ( I believe $6500 for 10 years old car I got is decent price) and remember we are not getting a brand-new car''. As of now, I did not heard any positive response from them and I reached out to the nearest car dealer about all the issue with the car found in 4 days from the time I got it and waiting to get an estimate by next business day.
