Our vehicle, unfortunately, had its last lap and we’re in need of a vehicle to get our family around that was spacious and comfortable. We had been to quite a few dealerships and knew what we wanted and were looking for. Mike was the last dealership we were going to before we made our final decision, he was honest, easy to get along with and gave all information we needed to know upfront, there was no hiding or withholding information. We were about 2 hours away and he made getting the vehicle safety inspection at a dealership of our choice easy making the arrangements to drop off and pick up, even when he was crunched for time, he made it happen. Even after buying the vehicle, he made himself available for any questions we had and assisted us with minor issues going above and beyond what we would have hoped for. This has been one of the best experiences we’ve had purchasing a car and it has put us at so much ease, would highly recommend it to anyone! Thanks, Mike!

This year 2020 has been a year of notable lows for many. which has made the few pleasant experiences really stand out. Our main family vehicle had a sudden cascading failure which would have been a lot of work to fix so we started looking for a newer used vehicle. We had looked all over southern Ontario, spoke to different dealers and drove several test vehicles. Through out our experience Auto Plus stood head and shoulders above the rest. They are highly particular in their selection of vehicles, and our salesperson, Mike was very professional and courteous . Test vehicles where sanitised before and after testing. A covid 19 protocol was in place and respected. Mike was also very accommodating with timing windows, considering we drove with our young kids 2 hrs to get to his location each time we wanted to come and see the vehicle we where considering. Buying a used car is typically a stressful process, but after all the leg work we had already put in with other dealers it was easy to see the difference with Auto Plus. Reinforcing good advice and standing by their work and safety. Overall it was an A plus experience. Thanks again Mike.

Great place to buy a car/truck. I bought my truck from out of town, Mike had it certified and ready for pick up once I got there. He threw in some extras for me and I didn’t have to sit in the office signing papers for hours, highly recommend buying from him.

I've been shopping around for a vehicle for some time now when I stumbled across Auto Plus. When you go ask for Mike. He helped me with my selection and even helped me with financing for the car. It was a totally hassle free and pleasurable experience. After I had decided, the paper work and agreement were simple to fill out and Mike had everything ready for me on the pick up date. I recommended Auto Plus to anyone looking for a great deal on first or second vehicle and not willing to break the bank.
