Just bought a brand new 1850 bass hawk off the lot. Saw the Ad online, called in and spoke with Rod to reserve the boat. Seamless process couldn’t have been easier. 3 days from the time I made the first phone call to the time Rod and Sean were walking me through the boat before I hauled it home. Rigging is neat and tidy. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Amazing selection of off-road vehicles, but I wasn't impressed with the level of customer service. I am assuming the sales staff was high on life since COVID allowed them to sell more vehicles this years, but there was no additional support, education to me, or accessories options for a full solution. Finance manager failed to showcase all information, example ''$30 on a gas top up'' or give me the finance term that was originally agreed upon over the phone prior. I got my snowmobile that I wanted, but I wouldn't recommend going there, unless you have no choice. Update: I'm sorry, I was not aware that it is the customers responsibility to call a sales rep. We all have busy life's, but it's your job to call the customer when that's your job to do so. I was not told the final details of the financial information prior, since it changed without explanation at the point of sale. There was not a line by line details of why their was ''random'' fees on the bill of sale. And my family purchased the accessories on our own, because they recognized that the flap was ripped at the back, not because a rep recommended it. Maybe professional sales in Toronto is different than country sales. Again, staff was good but not great since there was steps missing from the sales process, steps missing from my experience that I expected when buying a vehicle. I didn't give you a one star, I gave you a 3 star for ''okay performance''. 5 stars are for excellent above and beyond performance.

Sean was awsome in his customer service .. he went thru in detail all parts of the ATV .. he went above and beyond by showing us how to strap down the quad for travel A big TWO Thumbs up Sean!!!!
