Heidi's RV Superstore

My husband and I purchased our first trailer through Heidi’s late this spring. Our salesperson was Bill. It was a very busy Saturday, and Bill was clearly helping us at the same time as other customers. That being said, he was very friendly, helpful and courteous. Carol and Sonya were extremely helpful and knowledgeable when it came to the paperwork and financing. They answered all of our questions. On the day we went to pick up our trailer, we met Ian- a very friendly and knowledgeable guy. He helped us hook our trailer up to the truck and walked through a few of the “bells and whistles” with us. (Again answering our many questions). We have not used our free stay yet, but look forward to seeing what Heidi’s Campground has to offer. We are so happy with our new purchase and we’re very pleased with the service we received from everyone at Heidi’s, especially during these strange times. We highly recommend Heidi’s for anyone looking to purchase a trailer.

We highly recommend Heidis they gave us ample time to look at trailers, decide what we wanted and what we believe was a very fair price after looking at the same trailer pricing from other dealers. There was no pressure or attempts by sales team to “ up sale” us on another unit. We did find a couple issues with our 2020 Vibe that Heidis service stood behind and fixed at no cost so they do stand behind what they sell ! Heidis was a pleasure to deal with all the way through from sales to service !!! Thanks Heidis sales and service for all your help very much appreciated !!! Friendly, helpful staff. Lexus helped us book our sites for next May long weekend and Thanksgiving. The store is well stocked with all any camper may need and the prices are reasonable too!

Hello My wife and I recently purchased a new Salem Hemisphere 378FL and I feel that I need to tell you about the great experience we had. My wife found this trailer design on line and fell in love with it. We searched the internet and found none of this model available. We reached out to Forest River and they told us that 2 local dealers would contact us regarding the trailer, but no one ever did. I called your dealership and spoke to a salesman who told us that a trailer of that model was just sold. I inquired about ordering a trailer and was told it’s better just to check back periodically. I reached out to the 2 dealers that were supposed to contact me and was told that I was out of luck from both of them. I called back to your dealership to see if maybe the deal on the sold trailer had fallen through and I spoke to Sam Rizzo. He told me that the trailer deal was done, but if I was serious he would get me a trailer. Sam searched all of Canada and the northern US and realized that there was nothing available. Sam told me that he could order the trailer for me, but delivery would likely be early September. My wife and I were disappointed and thought that maybe we’d wait until next spring. Sam said he would try to bump our trailer ahead in line and the first week of August was possible for delivery. We were so excited to hear that news. We went ahead with the purchase. Sam kept in contact with me giving weekly updates on the progress of our trailer. We received delivery August 7 just like Sam said we would. He is a rare salesman in trailer sales as far as my experience goes. You are very lucky to have Sam on your sales team. We will be directing anyone who asks about camper trailers to Sam. You have 2 extremely happy customers in the Boyd’s and we sing the praises of Heidi’s RV to whoever asks. We love our trailer and we owe it to all of Sam’s efforts. Thank you,
