From the first communication, to signing the documentation and taking delivery of my new R3, the experience I had was great. Even walking into the place, seeing the $100,000+ cars that they sell, I was treated as if I may be there to buy one right off the bat, even though I was looking at a bike that is less than $10k (Until, on my last visit, I parked too close to the front door in my less than impressive 2016 Cruze, and was politely asked to move it). Exceptionally nice staff. I had the pleasure of dealing with Sean. By no means is Sean what you'd call a stereotypical car dealer. Not once was I pressured into coming to take a look at anything or had it suggested that I look into a vehicle that I had expressed no interest in. No pushy sales tactics at all, even when I had mentioned the possibility of holding off until the spring to commit to any kind of purchase, Sean was understanding of that and in a very friendly way told me to keep in touch as he'd be more than happy to help me out whenever the time was right for me. When I had mentioned holding off to another dealership I was speaking with, that completely ended the communications then and there. As a new rider, I had a ton of questions and Sean was exceptionally patient and answered all of them. I don't believe Sean (and by extension - Serpa) wants to just sell vehicles. They want to make potential customers happy and comfortable in their purchase, which in turn, creates returning customers. Going forward, I won't consider going elsewhere for a motorcycle before giving Sean a call first. Really, couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. If you're looking for a motorcycle, I couldn't recommend strongly enough that you go and speak with Sean.

So, we walked in on a Saturday morning just to see if they had an ATV in stock. They did however, it was not assembled. We were taken out back to have a look at the unassembled ATV and the accompanying accessories. We were really impressed with the service provided by Mike. There was no hard selling at all. We asked him to put together a quote. While we waited other staff members were attentive in ensuring we had been looked after and offered us beverages while we waited. Super nice people. After getting the quote we advised we would like to mull it over and we would get back to them later in the day. Again no pressure from them at all. We ultimately purchased the ATV on the same day. They in turn had it assembled and ready for pickup on the Friday with a plow that we added to the sale. AMAZING!!!!!

My husband and I had a fantastic experience with Serpa. We had the pleasure of working with Sean and Mike to purchase a new Suzuki motorcycle. All aspects of the transaction were smooth as can be. The team was friendly, helpful, and prompt in communication. Couldn't be happier!
