Reliable, honest, and dependable. I really can't find any reason to go anywhere else. The level of service is excellent. Their hours are very accommodating as well. I've brought my CRV for servicing at this location for close to 2 years now...tires, brakes, oil etc. All excellent! Robert.

Bought tires and rims from Jennifer at Kal Tire. I drove over a curb by accident damaging the rim and blowing the tire. She got me a new tire and repaired my rim much quicker than anticipated. She kept me in the loop the whole way through letting me know what was going on and what the timeline was. She could have told me that I needed a new rim (I thought so), but fixed my issue at the lowest cost possible. We weren't sure that we were going to get that brand of tire quick enough and she suggested putting a loaner winter tire on in the meantime. Absolutely amazing!. Can't say enough good things about her and her team.

This is a wonderful local tire service center! The staff is professional, friendly, and very helpful with addressing all my concerns. I booked an appointment and installed new tires from here. The new tires feel 10/10 in handling, comfort, and noise. The mechanics do a very thorough job with the alignment balancing and provide great customer care going forward. Definitely will be back in the future. Love and support our local businesses during this pandemic.

Top notch customer service and energy. I live in Scarborough and drove all the way up here bypassing several Kal tires in my area to come to this location due to the great service. Jennifer is the best.

Jennifer is incredible! I will only be dealing with Richmond Hill Kal Tire from now on. Extremely good customer service. I recently went in for what I thought was going to be just a tire repair. -Turns out I needed 4 new tires and breaks! Jennifer took the time to explain everything to me, the process, and next steps. She was so patient on the phone and in person, answering all my questions. In past, I have found it challenging dealing with mechanics (not knowing anything about cars). It can be difficult to tell if you are being taken advantage of. NOT HERE. Jennifer made me feel so comfortable, was empathetic to my situation, and she did a great job. Quick, fair, and awesome customer service. Can't ask for much more!
