Jay is an awesome help with parts and service. Recommends the best part for the application with consideration of your pocket book. Purchased Genius Rotors with raybestos element 3 pads. Excellent combination, first tried them on the Pick up for a few months, then on the sedan. They are as good as the OEM if not better. Smooth quiet braking, stopping at an instant whichever way you choose to drive.

Jay and his team at Partsmart in Richmond Hill are the best auto parts store in the GTA. Paul who works the counter most of the time is a treat to work with because he cares about his clients! Tyler who works in the back warehouse is also a geared that can dive deep into any auto related discussion and provide solutions to solve issues.
