I give Rob and his staff a 5 star rating for the incredible service I received this past Monday at Ontario Tire & Automotive Service Centre. Earlier this week, I had the misfortune, of the plastic guard found under a cars front hood detach on one side, and then damaged as it was dragged several blocks. After arriving at the shop unexpectedly, and needing a quick emergency repair to my car I was greeted respectfully, and with out hesitation or delay Rob the owner looked at my car, and within minutes my vehicle was put on the car lift and worked on. As this establishment has a great reputation in the community, it is rare at any given time to arrive spontaneously and find a empty garage, but to my luck I arrived at the perfect time, and was in and out in less then 20min. Excellent, Customer Service, Big job, Small job, Emergency job, Rob treats all his customers with the same respect and importance. Thank you Rob and all staff for your expertise, hard work and dedication to our community.

Rob is an awesome guy. He is very straightforward and honest. I've replaced tires on both my cars with him and he always gives a fair price. He's also very good with my kids - engages them and offers them candy. I would recommend this shop.
