First class experience here. This is my fourth time going here and each experience is better than the last. I gave them the wrong bolts for my tires and they graciously had me back and replaced them right away. Will absolutely be back.

This was our first and only visit and unfortunately we came away disappointed. My partner booked in for a fix on 2 of our tires which were leaking air from the valves. They quoted $55 + tax over the phone and were able to fit us in quickly which was great. They said it would take roughly 40mins so my partner went back after an hour (no phone call to confirm), to see the car was done and sitting there waiting to be picked up. Not really sure why they didn't phone when it was complete and then the bill was $90 + tax, with the justification that they had to do extra work due to the rims being slightly corroded. I don't like the lack of customer first approach in not even phoning to ask if they should go ahead with the additional work, but tacking it onto the bill without warning (we have our services done at Mountain Mitsubishi and they always phone to inform and verify any additional pricing as they discover potential issues along the way). This is old school mechanic stuff and shouldn't be how garages operate - it doesn't build loyal customers so sadly we wouldn't recommend for these types of jobs.
