Always very helpful. Even if the part your looking for isn't in their main program, they do everything they can to find it elsewhere and give you all the info you need. And never rushed, despite the occasional lineup. It's a great place for parts, unlike their sister company, that sells tires and is Canadian.....

There is a guy here called Ermiyas, he has outstanding knowledge and gives the best service I have received in recent times, nothing is a problem and he remembers everything from months ago about things I have bought etc. I truly hope the management know what they have here with this guy, he is only young but I guarantee if he can continue to maintain the customer satisfaction standards he currently sets, I suspect he will go very far on his chosen career path.

Went earlier today to pick up a part, I dealt with a gentlemen his Cashier # was TORNJI7 I forgot to get his name so that is all i have. I just hope this review gets to him. Anyways he was very nice on helping him out, i subscribed to Part Source email on updates and flyers and i guess you have to print off the coupon to be able to receive it ( which i didn't know due to it doesn't say on the email to print off ) i showed him it and he said he would need it to put with the paper work, but he changed around the price on one of the parts to get the discount which was on the coupon. It was just very nice for him to do that to a new customer! Will defiantly be coming back.
