I came from another dealership with my parts knowledge to share and help customers in need. I enjoy each and every staff members friendliness at my new position at Altruck. I get to see customers I have known in the last three years from Kenworth so that is a wonderful thing for me. We work hard as a team to provide excellent customer service to each and every person visiting our parts dept or the service dept. I see there are negative reviews and I was not here at altruck at the time and changes have been in place to better the company and help our customers needs.
