Took almost an hour to get served with 1 person ahead of me that was there when I got there. There's no hand sanitizer available, no social distancing encouraged or enforced... no gloves or masks for staff. Staff member was alone and told us hes been alone for a few shifts don't have proper forms needed and made joke about hoping manager understands he had to take initiative and make due and make his own form. Employee was very nice and apologetic for the wait time and lack of sanitizer and is concerned for his own safety. I won't be using them again next time.

Malachi was great but he is there all by himself. I wanted an SUV left at the auto body repair shop so I could leave for work straight from there. However because they are understaffed I had to be driven all the way back to Discount.

Well the best part of dealing with this outlet is the employee, Malachi. And i mean employee - they need 3 people on the counter. He is answering phone calls from insurance agencies, booking new customers and receiving returns at the same time. Very polite and professional. Solved my problem right away. And the vehicle was in great shape. Would be 1 star if not for Malachi.
