Terrific service they were very busy and no mechanical were available but a service tech came out to our car and he fixed 2 problems engine light and Radio that the sweetest receptionist dark long hair beautiful smile I hope your manager gives u both employees award and no charge very amazing to hear and see thank u Honda Cheers we are from Bc

Frank Et MIchel went the extra mile to help me buy an SUV. Frank Et Michel is second to none dealership in Quebec. I bought the car over the phone. Jeremy sold me the SUV. He provided me super help and trustworthy info of the car. He took many pictures of the SUV, helped me prepare the car papers and helped prepare the car for shipment to Ontario. The SUV arrived 100% described with all the required paper works. Marie-Pier from the Internet department was great too in responding email inquiries right away. She even helped test drive the SUV. Jeremy takes care of his customer at the highest standard not seen in the industry.

I just come back from Honda Auto Frank et Michel à Québec, and could not wait to write down this to express my thanks, to the old guy in the service department. I feel so sorry that I forget asking his name. My wife and I have driven a long way to Quebec from the US, and felt something wrong with our Honda CRV after I conducted the B1 mechanics in a non Honda store. After hearing my feelings and concerns, the service man decided to drive my CRV to check it himself. He is so nice and so experienced and so helpful. I am really appreciate the service and advices he gave to me.
