Craig and his team are top notch! They are experts at the work they do and show courtesy and professionalism every time I have brought my car in for service; going over options for every budget and situation, and they do an excellent job, communicating/explaining whatever the situation. They stand by their work! I have been a customer since we moved to Ancaster in 2002, and they have been consistently excellent. I am so thankful I found such a trustworthy car repair service.

Thanks to Elite, the local tow truck follows me around where ever I drive. My car shakes more than my brother's Harley Davidson. Seriously, outstanding automotive garage! I have been going to Elite since 2014 and have never been disappointed. They service a wide range of cars, domestic and imports. The services provided range from simple oil changes to the more sophisticated major engine repairs, as well as brake repairs, and even A/C unit repairs. Great owner and great mechanics. Craig and Kent are nothing short of professional, with a dash of humour. Very honest, excellent work, fair and reasonable prices. I trust them with my car and respect their sincere advice. I look forward to many more years of great service. 10 stars out of 10 stars!
