Took my vehicle to Eric's to repair a steering issue on my SUV. Eric and Korey updated me on the issues and provided a detailed report of the findings and cost of repairs. Standard oil change was beyond standard with these guys. Detailed inside and put and a thorough diagnostic of what else may or may not need work on my vehicle. Not pushy, just helpful. So refreshing. Will recommend to anyone.

Professional, courteous and very reasonable! We brought our older (2006) car to Eric's Automotive and told them we just wanted to make sure it was safe for our (infrequent) use. They diagnosed all issues and prioritized all fixes into ''need to have'' in order to keep the car in safe driving condition and ''nice to have'' in order to keep the car running smoothly. They even sent us a full digital diagnostic report and gave us a call to walk us through all aspects of it in detail. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone looking to get routine maintenance (oil changes, filter replacements, etc.), as well as bigger fixes (brakes, engine issues, etc.). As an extra bonus, they fixed a door handle issue we were having free of charge (didn't even mention it as part of the items that they fixed, but we definitely noticed!!). Lastly, complimentary clean of your vehicle offered with your visit; visiting Eric's Automotive is a win-win!

These guys are great!! I got my winter tires put on and my oil changed and I was very happy with the service. I’ve had plenty of bad experiences with mechanics and it was a refreshing change to have a good experience! They were very informative and helpful when it came to questions I had and helped me out when I called in a panic that my service tire maintenance light came on a few days later (always having ancient cars I never new that having sensors in your rims was even a thing). I will 100% be going back!
