This is by far one of the best car dealerships I’ve ever been to. The people who work there are honest and not just trying to make a quick sale. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to buy a car and get a great deal. The financial manager will go above and beyond to get you the best possible financing for your car. Last weekend I purchased a vehicle from Peninsula Automotive and Sales. My experience with the staff at PAS was great. The sales representative, Nate S is a first-rate salesperson. He was not only knowledgeable and helpful regrading the presale but days after the purchase I had additional questions and contacted Nate. Nate returned my call immediately answering questions I had about the vehicle. He takes pride in the service he provides before and after the sale. Furthermore, the finance person Shawna provided excellent knowledgeable service taking care of all the financial and licensing details to finalize the sale. The automobiles are of high quality at very reasonable prices. I searched for weeks and always went back to PAS. I would highly recommend Peninsula to anyone needing quality sales and service. the staff there is great!!!!

Really enjoyed the no pressure sales team at Peninsula Auto. Marcus and Matt were very helpful, informative and made my experience very enjoyable and easy. They gave me a fair price for my trade in right off the bat. Shauna's assistance on the finance end was greatly appreciated and got us on the road in no time. I was in the market looking for my first car and wasn't having much luck. After wandering to different showrooms, both in the luxury segment and economy, my wife stumbled upon Peninsula Automotive Sales & Leasing. And I am so thankful we found you through Google! We came in on a Sunday afternoon at 3PM, and met Nate. By the time we were done with our decision making, it was already 8 PM. Nate actually stayed back on a Sunday evening and helped us make a great decision with our first purchase. Next day, Shawna was amazing too, she helped us with financing options and meet our budget goal too. I would 100% strongly recommend Peninsula Automotive to all friends and family, even strangers. I think their customer service is by far the best which automatically makes you feel a ''wanted customer'' and taking the leap of faith. They have the secret sauce of not being pushy on a sale and yet finding that perfect car for you; Super patient and customer centric. Even after the purchase, I've reached out to Nate with few questions, and he's been prompt to respond. I know I am late on this review, as it has been a month since I made the purchase, but Thank You to Nate (and Shawna too) for getting us a great deal and making the purchase of our first car so special. :)

AMAZING all around. From the moment we parked to the moment we got the keys to our new car, the service was unreal. Nate was super friendly and answered all our questions. He went above and beyond with the service provided. We test drove 5-6 cars and not once did he show a face of frustration. Marcus was wonderful and a very honest person at that. Shawna the finance manager, truly does what she does best. She will work her magic and get you everything you are looking for and need. Not one employee was pushy, never did we feel forced or followed to buy a vehicle. We spent the day with the entire team driving multiple vehicles and they were all so very patient.
